MEET YOUR COACHES
Jemekka is a certified personal trainer who believes that fitness is so much more than a number on the scale. She has trained hundreds of women with the same goal weight for all of them: STRONG!
Her passion is teaching women how to prioritize their health while living busy lives, and how to tap into that inner beast that lives inside of each of us.
She focuses on helping to create healthy lifestyles without weight as the center point. For the last 4 years, she has worked as a personal trainer for one of the top fitness franchises in the nation, training women of all different fitness levels and backgrounds.
Jasmine believes in a realistic approach to improving nutritional habits for a better quality of life. Jasmine has a consulting company, Nourish Through Nutrition, teaching about diabetes, mindful eating and making behavioral changes.
She emphasizes making changes around their lifestyle while also debunking food myths, helping people develop better relationships with their food and making healthier food choices that are sustainable and last a lifetime.
As a media dietitian she has been featured on many local and national media outlets such as Today’s Dietitian, WFLA Tampa, Philadelphia channel 17 , NBC Miami and many more.
